ooh if you’re still doing the selfships 🙈 kenma and i relate to each other alot so we’d be pretty perceptive of the other’s feelings, esp when they’re uncomfy or feeling down, knowing just what to do to lift their mood. i love calling him short but he retaliates by petting my head and shooting me down with a (merciless) short joke of his own 🥲
“kenma,” you call out to him, rolling over onto your side.
he’s sitting in his black chair—the really expensive one that all the full-time streamers use—in queue for a league match.

you sigh, now laying on your back as you resume your daily routine of getting scammed by a raccoon dog. that is, until you remember a tiktok you had seen. you shuffle out of bed and toward your boyfriend. his eyes look up at you, a hint of curiosity in his eyes. you motion to him with your hand. his eyebrows furrow, but he scoots back anyway. the sound of the chair’s wheels fill your bedroom.
you plop down on his lap. both of you adjust to your new positions, and your head turns back towards him with a shy smile. you can see the corners of his lips tug up. a muffled voice is heard from his headset. it’s kuroo, likely spewing a callout to him. you can tell he doesn’t care though, as his head perches on your shoulder with a soft smile.
