Southern Alligator Lizard (Elgaria multicarinata). A long slender lizard, in the brush it can be mistaken for a snake as it quickly runs in a S line and it’s small legs are obscured by the grass and leaves.

Love that our city is building the #parktoplayatrail. Most is open, and today I ran from @stoneviewnc through the #baldwinhillsscenicoverlook (with a detour up and down the trail) through #culvercitypark to #ballonacreek. I could have kept going all the way to the #playa without encountering more than one car-filled intersection. Soon, we’ll be able to start at #kennethhahnpark. Yesterday was the premiere of the 5th season of Insecure and HBO threw a jammin party. I’ve been a lot of places in LA but this was an absolute first. I’ve been to the many tips of the Hollywood Hills and Palos Verdes but it was my first occasion i was all the way up top of Kenneth Hahn Park. I’m still pretty sure there are things up there I still don’t know about given my location for the shoot. As we shot the fog started rolling in threatening visibility but it remained clear enough to get good shots. We were provided canned water. I included a photo for this who have never seen canned water before. As a devotee of water I drank it. The Insecure carpet was big, really big. Made got great photos and a relaxed place to shoot. The women were freezing. I noticed a slight chill but I had a long sleeve t-shirt.
