In my view the only time Kendall felt truthful to his core self, was at the table in Italy with Logan. "Let me out, I'm not like you. I'm a good guy".
I'm staying positive in terms of how his life turns out....
I say he gets back to that place, a place of peace with being on the outside. He knew in his heart of hearts he wasn't made for it.
Kendall is however made for this world, and he'll be okay.
I loved him more than any other character and I can only think positively. Shiv released him from his own personal hellscape. Whether or not that was her intention.
