oh please... GUYS... stop it already with the: "kenpachi has a bankai!!111eleven"...
he knows his freaking swordsname by now
ichigo also had a sword in shikai and learned his name AFTER it was ALREADY in shikai
he needed time to LEARN, while SPARRING with his sword, bankai
as far as it is now: HE KNOWS HIS SWORDSNAME nothing more
he already HAD a sword in shikai and he learned it's name now...
