1. Oh EFF YEAH A GOOD OLD FASHIONED ICHIGO POWER UP SEQUENCE WE'RE BACK YA'LL
2. And as usual Ichi kicking the crap outta the asshole villain of the story arc is really cathartic and satisfying.
3. Though the choreography and powers on this fight aren't exactly all that exciting. I mean, after Aizen's mega powered monologuing I guess everyone's gonna seem underwhelming.
4. RENJI'S HERE TOO! DAMMIT I MISSED YOUR SMEXY SMIRK. GODD TO SEE YA AGAIN.
5. Ooh so this is an "all your powers combined" kinda deal? That's one of my favorite action movie tropes. Noice.
6. AND HITSU TOO. I MISSED ALL YOU SOUL REAPER CREW SO MUCH LET'S MAKE THE NEXT ARC ALL ABOUT YOU GUYS AGAIN.

9. Hime meanwhile is upset that Ichigo has turned on her very bestest of all bestest buddies Kugo. I guess I should be happy he only made her think they were buddies instead of writing a "Reader X Orihime" AU fic for himself.
10. Hime makes it to the scene while angsting about Ichigo crying. Damn I bet this arc is not gonna be fun for her.
11. OH NAH HE TOOK ORIHIME'S BROTHER'S RESCUING HER AWAY FROM HER OH HELL NO.
12. And he's screwing with their minds even more and they look really upset. Thank god Ura gets here in time to help them.
13. Ura apparently planned for him to overload them and potentially knock them out. Genius plan Ura. (Sarcasm)
14. And pigtails and the others are getting power ups. We're gonna get a big group fight!
15. The villains are continuing to be rather boring, but at this point I'm headcanoning that they're just an excuse to get Rukia back.
16. We do then get our big mass battle with lots of Shinigami action and stabbing. I'm just realizing now that this is the third arc in a row that benched Hime during the big fight. Dammit.
17. Pigtails vs Rukia? Renji against Boots lady? Those fights I'm into, though I bet they'll be pretty onesided. Pigtails has yet to do anything Rukia levels if badass.
18. And we end with a guy getting cut in freaking half. GODDAMN.
