I watched this me show on Amazon prime called Breaking 4 *Nike Swoosh* that’s documenting Faith Kipyegon attempt at being the first woman ever to run a mile in under four-minutes! It’s so inspiring and it also makes you wanna run. So if you’re like me and get motivaded by seeing other people’s motivation, and then executing that function, you’re gonna love this documentary. And the best part is you can watch her break the record on June 26th at 1:15p est on prime.
Nike will welcome fans to Stade Charléty in Paris on June 26 for the opportunity to support Faith’s historic attempt in person. Nike is also partnering with Box To Box Films to invite supporters from around the world to watch Faith’s moonshot on a livestream broadcast available on Nike’s YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Douyin accounts, as well as Prime Video.
Faith, already the world record holder in the mile, is pursuing a feat that was once considered an insurmountable limitation and has, until now, remained beyond the reach of the world’s most elite women athletes. She will attempt to shave at least 7.65 seconds off her personal best of 4:07.64, set in 2023, to become the first woman to break the threshold Roger Bannister first surpassed roughly 70 years ago.
