Ok, so the lemon-saffron pistachio traybake was HULLUH GÜD, but I forgot to take a pic when fresh outta the oven so these are leftovers. #SorryNotSorry Then theres me just, ya know, BROWSING the squash section, just snickering to myself/admiring the audacity of these squashes. Then I made some miso chocolate chip cookies that, guess what, don’t taste any different! (The dough tasted caramel-y/miso-y, and fresh out of the oven they tasted caramel-y/miso-y, but not a day later. 🤷🏻♀️) And then I made my first eve GOOD mac’n’cheese with a roux, a lil unexpected cheddah, leftover mexican shreds, cream, pepper, and nutmeg. I never understood the whole “breadcrumbs on top” thing, but i wanted to make it more legit. Lemme tell you what, get you some garlic croutons, a baggie, a rolling pin, and take out your anger on em!
