So I actually just used a keto calculator for the first time and to lose 3.5 pounds in a month I'd have to have the below. It's interesting because my protein to fat was way too high yesterday. I also seem to have had too many calories (the below represents a 25% reduction, which apparently is a lot, but I'm willing to do that for the next couple of weeks to get things kickstarted):
