My Mama's classic Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes has been given a #ketomakeover! Now it's Brussels Sprouts, yellow squash, zucchini, Baby Bella mushrooms, and whole garlic cloves. It's all been coated in a moderate helping of #avocadooil, salt, and pepper. For another kick of #ketogoodness, I've added a few pats of #grassfedbutter. Bake at 350 for about an hour, mixing half way through. #YUM! (at Thornton, Colorado)
