Calzones made with fat head pizza crust, salmon and broccoli, and chicken fajitas were my favorite meals this week.

I bought avocado oil recently and I haven't really researched it's uses much. I used it in the fajita marinade because avocados and fajitas go together, right? 🤷‍♀️

I'm assuming I'd just use it like I would olive oil. I didn't notice a different taste with the marinade. Anyone have any special uses or recipes for using avocado oil?
