how do the 'reset' and 'bad dream' quirks work in Soul of a Hero?

RESET:

this quirk allows the user to revert themself and their surroundings back to the way they were up to five hours ago. however, the longer they turn the clock back, the more pain it inflicts on their body

 BAD DREAM:

the user of this quirk can cause whoever they make eye contact with to have terrifying illusions and fearmongering fever dreams. with long enough contact, they can make the illusions specified to the victims specific fears. sadly, the illusions backfire on the user and causes them to have a lack of sleep if overused.

alright so heres the Gist

frisk, asriel and chara are ua hero course students in their first, second and third years respectively. they have different names but they’re the same as canon personalitywise. their dad, Kunshu Yume is a pro hero and their mom Joou is a retired support hero. they adopted Saisho and Kettei at the same time, Ojiyagi being in the middle of their ages, and they grew up together so theyre tight as fuck. everything is cool and good until....

in the middle of the semester, theres a disaster. some villains invade ua and they kidnap some students. 

including ojiyagi and saisho.

kettei being the determined little bugger that they are takes it upon themselves to rescue their siblings and the other kidnapped kids, even though its... highly illegal. 

the whole thing puts a lot of stress on Joou and Kunshu so they take some time apart and joou REALLY doesnt want her last child to be harmed, so she withdraws them from school and they have to beg to go out and help them, and they wind up having to fight her. eventually she lets themgo and it like. breaks her. but the whole thing centers around kettei’s quest and its a bit of a crime mystery, they meet the other characters on their way and shit goes DOWN (that shit being stuff I. gotta work out but you get the idea.)

Oh Jayana, plenty to say about this little lady :D. First off, mechanically. In my custom set Renown and Monstrosity make a return (along with quests, traps, / and morbid). In fact I only created one new mechanic for the set called Weave (which is like scavange for instant/sorceries). Anyway! I thought this would be a cool way to use renown and in fact, renown’s colors in my set are primarily RW so here we go!

Jayana is the daughter of Vishkuul, a LG underworld deity that punishes the wicked. She was the second youngest of 17 children and the only girl. She’s a rough and rowdy pugilist barbarian aasimar!

Now the children of Vishkuul (and all deities of this pantheon) are always aasimars. When they reach adulthood they undergo a test of mettle (think like the Hercules Disney film) in which they earn their godhood and become full on angels. Her mission was to stop a maniac Shogun from becoming an angelic being himself.

She failed and lost all traces of her angelic power. She became wholly and completely human. However, with the advice of a couple of monks on a journey of self discovery she decided that all wasn’t over even though the Shogun had ascended and displaced her own father in the 27 Hells. So she gathered her friends, and her almost but not quite yet boyfriend (who is also in her card art) and despite being fully mortal broke into Hell and took down the Shogun god thus regaining her angelic power.

In the end though, she decided to remain an aasimar on earth rather than become a full on angel.
