Summary: Art for Bloodandcream’s Ice Cream and Strippers (E, 2,311 words). Kevin eyed his half eaten banana in the glass dish he had sitting in front of him, the ice cream melted and swirling with chocolate in the bottom. There were sprinkles dug in to the remains of the banana. Honestly, he was pretty full. It was a good sundae though, he had to hand it to Dean. But seriously, who opens a strip club and thinks ‘you know what this needs, an ice cream bar’. For that matter, was it even legal to serve food in such close proximity to naked people?

Kevin Big Bang Posting Begins On Sunday!

KBB Drafts are due today!

Authors, unless you’ve already asked for an extension, don’t forget that drafts are due tonight (Aug 28) by 11:59pm PST. We’re looking forward to seeing what inspiration has struck!

We’ll be emailing the artists today with a slightly updated schedule. Claims will be moved to September 3rd @ 9am PST.

 Summary: Kevin wakes up from death to discover his mom has sold her soul. With only a year to save her, Kevin teams up with Sam to find Crowley and Dean. However, remembering how to be a functioning alpha is a daunting task, and Kevin finds himself struggling in a world that he wasn’t supposed to be part of anymore.

I just closed down the author sign-up form. If you’re still interested in participating with something Kevin or Osric related, this challenge does have an amnesty week which you can learn more about here. Overall, we had a pretty exciting author turn out for a first time bang! 

If you’re not familiar with the schedule for the bang, you can find a handy cheatsheet for significant dates here. The author check-in starts on August 1st, so keep an eye out for that!

Sign-ups going strong!

dustyjournal here! After the kbb’s first week of open sign-ups, we’re going strong for a first time bang. For those of you on the fence about writing, we could really use you!

For those of you just joining us, the Kevin Tran Big Bang is looking for authors! This is a character-based bang, for fic about Kevin Tran or Osric Chau. There are two writing tracks, the mini-bang (7.5k) and big-bang (15k+). All ships are welcome, RPF is welcome. AUs, Fusions are welcome. Basically the only thing you can’t do is write cross-overs with other shows, but you sure as hell can write an AU about it if you love that world!
