i know i said on the last kewkk chapter that it would not be that long of a wait for the next chapter and once again i am back to announce that my hubris got the best of me again. next chapter will be out prob around mid march. ya boy is struggling to do it all.

extremely bold post considering i havent updated kewkk! in 6 months but j putting it out there that kewkk! has an evil twin brother in my notes that is full angst where oboro is the UA traitor back in the rooftop gang era: after being taken by afo, they 'fix' him and dont mess w his personality as much, but they do make him controllable. he is then sent back to UA to get aizawa into the hands of the league. the whole fic is just oboro attempting to repeatedly sabotage himself while not-so-slowly losing his mind. the rooftop gang, concerned, attempts to intervene, only making it harder for oboro to protect them from afo's plans. lashing out and misunderstandings ensue. it doesn't have a happy ending.

Rules: Post a sentence from your WIP(s) beginning with each letter of the word decided by the previous person. Dee’s word was ENGIMA! And I fear I will be adopting the rule that the dialogue tag can go with its dialogue, even if that’s two sentences.

I only have one real WIP right now, so everything below is from various points in Kill ‘Em With Kindness, Kurogiri!

E - Eraserhead, Present Mic, and Midnight stand in the doorway, food in hand, all looking like they’ve just seen a ghost—and Kurogiri almost wants to laugh, or maybe throw himself over the edge of the rooftop, because he knows they truly have.

N - “Number 1 Eraserhead fan, huh?” Sero snickers.

I - “I said don’t meddle, Midoriya.”

G - “GET HIS ASS,” the voice behind the camera yells, and Kurogiri recognizes it as his own voice, unaffected by his quirk.

M - Midoriya smiles then, and it’s so genuine it hurts. “That makes you more of a hero than anyone, doesn’t it?”

A - “Are we best friends?” Shouto asks ten minutes into their daily routine of eating in complete silence, and Kurogiri, unfortunately, responds by choking on his water.

me, 6 months ago, naive: yay!! only 1 chapter left of kewkk before we get to UA!!! surely these 4 remaining expository scenes will not be long at all- finished drafting the first 2 scenes. 5k words. what the fuck.
