What's a Key Book Still?

Many studios spent extra money to have their most special photos, the key book stills, either backed with linen or printed on a heavy paper, both of which enhanced their durability. I've blown up my browser size to try to see more details, so for the most part you won't see this backing unless you go to the source. They had an extra 1" at the left or top, with punch holes, because of how they were stored. 

Since I was already in the archive, here's a non-key book still:

Deleted scene of Bogart watching Lorre's arrest (he's beyond the piano against the wall at the right). From the source: "This is not the way Lorre's arrest was filmed (with Bogart watching from a distance), and this scene does not appear in the movie. It must be from when they were rehearsing the scene. A real tip off is that Dooley Wilson is wearing a cap over his hair, and he did not wear that in the movie either." Source
