I’m completely sure you know more about this than me, but I totally feel like kara doesn’t character development at all? Like is been a while since she only reacting to things. And that’s all they make her do.
You are correct, imo. The only character development in line for Kara this season is how she handles her and Lena falling out. As a result, the fact she has NOT handled it has prevented her from having any development, good or bad.
I could entertain an argument that Crisis forced her to develop as a character by becoming a leader in Oliver's stead, but honestly I haven't seen that carry over to her home show so I don't give it much credence.
So far there has been very little critical thought from Kara, both inward and outward, and as a result she always seems to be on the defensive when it comes to this season's foes. I may be wrong, but it feels like a distinct departure from previous seasons, which is a damn shame.
