Ingredients: 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 1 cup key lime juice. 2 cups heavy cream. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. 1 ripe mango, pureed.
Instructions: Sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice should be mixed well in a large bowl. Heavy cream should be whipped in a different bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture slowly until it's smooth. Put half of the ice cream mix into a container that can go in the freezer. Spread half of the graham cracker pieces on top. Spread out half of the mango puree on top of the Graham crackers. Add more layers with the rest of the ice cream, graham crackers, and mango puree. To make it look like marble, slowly stir the mango puree into the ice cream mixture with a knife. Put it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until it gets firm. If you want, you can serve ice cream scoops with extra graham crackers and mango puree.
