😀: When does your muse smile the most?
Definitely while teasing his friends. Kaito embraces the playful bully archetype, and sometimes he doesn’t know when to stop. Things can also get a little heated if his friends return the snark, given his competitive and obstinate nature. His most innocent smiles are plastered on when stargazing or watching someone’s spellcraft - they are grins of wonder and amazement totally devoid of selfish intent.
😇: Is your muse as pure as an angel?
HAH... maybe? All in all Kaito is a fairly straightforward and earnest individual who wants little more than acknowledgement and praise from those who he thinks highly of. Mentors, friends, idols... Now don’t get me wrong, look back up and you’ll understand that there is a definite shade of deviousness to the demon, but he is otherwise fairly cinnamon-sprinkled... in an unconventional way.
😘: How does your muse show affection?
Oh, boy. Depending on the relationship dynamic Kaito has with his object of affection, this answer can vary wildly. Typically, he’ll build upon the foundation of their interactions, so his bullying tendencies may increase tenfold (as seen with @belspectre). If he looks up to his crush, he may become increasingly awkward around them (looking at you, @nymphatragicae). Or sometimes he may even repress his feelings if he doesn’t think it appropriate or if he thinks it may impede on a prior relationship (poor, poor @affectae).
But those are just a few specific examples. In general Kaito will become more susceptible to reacting overemotionally (wild gesticulations, stammering, embarrassment where it should not be). His protective instincts may also kick into overdrive, and in very rare cases, he might start incorporating mild flirtations into his banter! But that’s very rare - Kaito wouldn’t dare act so crass without knowing a line has been previously drawn and that his actions would fall within those boundaries. He is pretty old-fashioned, after all.
