    Outside of the main training room, there’s a line of sinks where members can quickly wash their hands or freshen up if needed. He had just finished his session for today and approached an open sink to do just that. ❛ Hey, ❜ he greeted whomever was besides him, not really paying mind to who they were. It was just customary to do amongst one another.

    After a quick splash of cold water to his face and a pat with the towel around his neck, it was time to head to the lockers. He turned in the direction of the person he had just greeted and only then did he notice just who it was. A young female, brunette, wavy hair swept in a ponytail. He has heard of this description before, and he was sure he knew whom it belonged to.

    It was an innocent nod to her name, if he was recalling it correctly. When he had first heard about her, this was the phrase he had chosen to mentally store.

it’s another late night , and it’s obvious by the way light is beginning to edge at the darkness . the sun will rise in moments , though the other woman seems to have just fallen sleep . arms sprawled over blueprints , pencil tucked behind an ear , cindy can’t remember a time she’s seen gemiya this at peace .

carefully do gloved digits reach , slip glasses over the bridge of her nose , so they may be folded up and put to the side . then she’s gentle , sliding the chair out to take the brunette in her arms , hoisting her up to carry her to bed . pillows and blankets have already been set on the spare bed next to her own , drawn back so she may slip gemi under the covers without hassle .

and once she’s settled , blankets pulled up under her chin , soft lips brush ever gently ‘cross the girl’s closed eyes . one , than the other , before moving to the door . leaving only a soft murmur in her wake .

                ❛  i assure you that price matters not :  get whatever you’d like. ❜    WHILE THE CITY STILL WAKES ,  THEIR OPTIONS ARE ENDLESS .   sun peeking through the clouds around roughed stone edges of tapered corners  — it paints morning in its finest . architecture  unbeknownst to the crown city .  calm for a breeze .  a  serenity  unavailable to other times .  while morning light  was generally spent alone in the comfort of paper and coffee ... this wasn’t terrible . 

              ❛ and if they don’t have what you’re looking for , we can always visit  another  establishment . ❜

  it was hard being here , sometimes . the way the sky loomed gloomily over the lucian capital and the promise of a cold storm seemed to usher it with a pronounced sort of severity . so many people needed help here and yuna’s heart twisted painfully at how much people kept their heads bowed , glanced over their shoulders for dangers that were and weren’t there . even without cor and gentiana’s company , with all the prowess and victories she boasted in spira , here they felt so small . an entire empire had ravaged the world and was becoming more and more voracious, something every ounce of her heart wanted to protect against . 

  however -- ‘ oh , i’m so sorry , i didn’t see you there , ‘ she exclaimed apologetically upon bumping into a brunette .
