Sora glance up as the Heartless tornado suddenly left the trio after giving it a few smacks around. He remembers that Hayner, Pence, and Olette were running away from those very enemies before he and his friends came to stop them. It’s weird seeing a version of himself talking to the trio. Maybe they can’t see this Sora that’s watching them. maybe that’s a good thing. but to see those three there made his heart feel warm and happy, the feeling if it being so long since he had seen them came back.

Turning around to the thought of exploring on his own was halted as a familiar blonde stood close by. “R...Roxas! Wait- no, that can’t be right. You just happen to come in here right? You’re not a memory I missed out on seeing, right?” To confirm that, he couldn’t help but wave his hands in front of Roxas, just to make sure he was actually in the present and it’s not just a memory he had forgotten.

Marta was standing a ways back, watching a family go about their day in Palmacosta. There was a mother and father, and a happy young daughter... she was sitting on her father’s shoulders, laughing with her parents.

In the mother’s hair, there were two flower hairclips- ones that perfectly matched the ones Marta was wearing now. The memory was so happy, but it also made her a little sad... she was too distracted to notice a boy approaching, likely wondering why she was just watching the young family.

i don't think my previous ask went through but i accidentally deleted my blog (i tried to delete a side blog but instead it redirected to my main blog) and all i can really show for activity is other people's threads due to my blog getting wiped clean. thanks! i linked them on my thread page to see my previous replies that i've lost :)

        “man... the boardwalk is always a lively place, isn’t it?” he has been down here loads of times since he arrived and eventually it became a good hang out spot for him, other than the clocktower in the fibonacci ward. since the festival was around, it was more crowded than usual. “don’t you remember? we talked about going to the beach. have you seen it? this is not exactly it but it sure is nice.” how could he forget about the times they talked about going to the beach together? going to the beach with sea salt ice cream? either way, he wasn’t complaining. the way it was all set up, they were bound to find a whole bunch of activities. he turns to roxas, placing both hands on his hips. “i think they are setting up the fireworks soon, what do you say? unless you’d rather play one on one instead.” it didn’t matter what they were going to end up doing, lea was just happy to finally hang out with his friend again.

Well it wasn’t skateboarding or ice skating, but it was a mix of the two. Skates without any ice. This shouldn’t be a problem for Sora, but who can say it’ll be the same for the other. After reuniting with his Nobody, he would want to try and catch up with whatever he missed out on, and make up for lost time that he wasn’t available for. “Come on Roxas, it shouldn’t be that hard. I manage to rent out some skates for us and give it a shot. With your talent, i doubt you would fall that easily.” But who’s to say really.

kneeling down beside the boy as close to the water’s edge as was safe to get to, she spoke softly. her gaze was fixated on the lake itself, as if she was searching for something just below the surface. she rarely wandered into cotes ward, but the attraction of the lake didn’t go unnoticed.

            “ apparently there’s a castle in this lake. i wonder if raiga knows about anything like that... ”
