So I just lost my job..

I worked at a retail chain toy store. Corporate just visited the store today and fired my boss, and basically laid off all of the employees. No heads up, no 2-week warning, just straight up expected all of us to be gone within 24 hours. If I want to continue working there, i will have to reapply. But they said they will only hire people who are “pursuing a career in retail.”

The higher-up who fired my boss was very rude to my now ex co-workers, so much as raising his voice at people who were just asking questions. This is ridiculous! I had been working at this job for over a year and a half, and it was my only real income of money. Now I need to jobhunt and hope to god I can find another job. :\

I don’t want to burn through all of the money I have saved. ;-; I have that money saved for very important future plans. This fucking sucks.
