MANDRAKE: What attracted you to Witchcraft (and/or paganism)?

-Answer: umm, tbh, I have felt the calling since I was a little girl but didn’t know who or what was calling me? I had this sense that I was different than anyone else my age and didn’t really know how?? However, my mom has been sensitive since she was a child and knew I would be called to magick so she taught me at a young age and I researched topics about witchcraft I didn’t yet understand and went from there.

HENBANE: What kind of Witchcraft do you practice most often?

-answer: well, as of late, I have been a busy witch…I’ve been practicing my tarot skills, curses, spirit work, mediumship, sigils. Also, as well as learning, I have been teaching my siblings and it’s been soooooooooo fun. They are fast learners.

I just want to say thank you to those who sent me kind messages last night.

I’ve been having a really tough time lately. Financially and mentally. I have been going through an abusive situation in my home due to my grandmother. And I can’t work because of my mental health. And my mom is sick. She has arthritis and liver issues and diabetes. I just have been feeling a mess. And I don’t have anyone to talk to…it’s really debilitating. I feel like I’m letting people around me down. Because of my mental health. I’m thinking about opening a donation thing, like PayPal or gofundme just to help alleviate my living situation for now. I was even thinking about selling tarot bags for about 15 bucks? But idk, I just feel like utter shit right now..sorry I'm rambling.

I am an eclectic witch and i own several wands that i had made. However, I also have Sirius Black's wand that i bought last month and its made out of plastic. Do you think i can use that with my spells? Would it be effective? 😊

Hey anon n_n Of course you can! I personally believe that even man made items have their own energy. I’ve known kitchen witches to use cooking spoons as a wand and I think it’s awesome. Remember wands are used to help redirect and focus your energy. As long as your “wand” can do that your good , my friend.

Update: stressed out

I know I haven't been posting much everyone and I apologize but life has decided to rain down on my parade. Lost someone in my family then my aunt had to get surgery and I had to try to keep it together while my mom was freaking out. and then I got really sick. I'm trying to get better mentally and physically so I can start up again. Please be patient with me :(
