Yassss cuz I be all up in my feelings sometimes. 😬🤐😶🤦🏻‍♀️ In many instances, I feel I have given so much of myself to others and have gone out of my way to do everything I could to please people I care about, only to be left dry and used up and/or taken for granted with how special I made them feel. When I didn't due to my own low energy field, I was slapped on the wrists and made to feel as though I did something wrong and didn't rate. I eventually just started cutting people off or letting them fall out of my life bc I wouldn't stand for the lack of appreciation. I realized to have and build upon relationships, I have to be strong on my own and allow people to be themselves but don't accept ill treatment. We're only treated how we allow ourselves to be treated. These are all grey areas in life and are difficult to pinpoint and speak upon. Many will say, oh they're just dramatic or they're such a bad person or they did this and that therefore you can't trust what they say. People will say what they have to to discredit you. Don't let it affect you. Keep doing you. Keep your face up to the sun and live in the light as much as possible and regenerate yourself whenever you can. It's ok to realize the dark parts of life; to realize the realness. What's not ok is to stay in those feelings for too long; a person is liable to drown in them and get lost in the dark, murky depths. What's most important is to focus on self and one's own self improvement. Don't point fingers. Recognize what's going on that is affecting you and use it as fuel to humble oneself to the fact that we are all flawed humans and to keep on keeping on. Chase after your dreams. Shit, stalk them! Dance in the moonlight. Sing in the rain. Kiss under the stars. DO MORE OF WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY.
