It's probably a good thing that Jason doesn't sleep when a normal person usually does. He's still up and working on another project when his phone starts buzzing almost frantically where he left it on his nightstand to charge. By the time he picks it up, there's enough messages flashing on the screen to make him a little nervous himself.

12. My muse is trying their best with the plot but doesn’t quite get it

Pop culture isn’t really something that’s on Jason’s radar. Most of the references he understands are slightly out of date. He knows Star Wars though… well, the original trilogy anyway. Jaime’s insisting he needs to watch the other three, even though they apparently suck, but apparently watching them is still necessary for some reason, and he’s mostly going along with it so far because the guy who plays Obi-Wan is really pretty.

And he feels bad that he keeps asking questions, but there’s just so many things he doesn’t quite get. “So, okay, what the fuck’s a midi-chlorine? I thought the force was just… I dunno, magic or something.”

Gwen doesn’t usually have time to waste, but when she does have a day to herself she likes to read ( not anything school related ) or play video games with her friends. Gwen also likes playing instruments ( guitar and piano, specifically ) and some times she enjoys writing her own songs, though she’ll never perform any of them for people because she’s too embarrassed. Gwen also likes shopping, and lounging by her pool or suntanning at the beach.

Despite his usual attire being whatever happened to be clean, Jason does in fact own a number of suits. And he may have spent most of the day trying to pick the best one. He may have changed his mind approximately forty-seven times, but who's counting? At least he manages to get to Jaime's place on time.

His hand does a lot of awkward hovering before he actually manages to knock. The other is behind his back, holding a small plastic box with a stupid looking flower thingy in it that he keeps debating on just throwing into the bushes. Jaime's probably going to think it's so stupid.

Why did he think this was a good idea again?

Gwen made Jaime download Happy Wars because she thought it was really cute and he just tears the entire game up and scares all the little kids that play it by aggressively murdering everyone with no remorse.
