Seeing as all souls are recycled through the kert, does the kert ever do an incomplete job, resulting with people having memories from someone else's life?

In any major Kasslynian city there are shops you can go to where people in crazy outfits wearing too much makeup will hold your face and wail and for a few coins tell you about your past lives. And in the bookshops there are entire sections dedicated to past life stories; to housewives who are sure they were a Sonorie three generations ago or fictionalized accounts of star-crossed lovers who reincarnate as different people ten generations later and find each other again.

But most priests of both the Gefendur and Ssaelit persuasion will tell you that this is hogwash. They've never found a person who could truly prove they had some special knowledge of a past life. The khert does its job too well, it seems.
