Well, he definitely has to be tall and with a fairly lithe-yet-muscular build, and then I started thinking about it in TERRIBLY purple-prose terms/phrases/what-have you - dark tan skin, sun-blessed, with eyes deep deep grey, stormcloud grey, but when the light caught them striations of gold would flash at their core, radiating out like the lightning he called to his hand - and black hair, fairly short so that it wouldn’t get uncomfortable for being worn under his helmet all the time, maybe shot through with a bit of gold - the gold came with the lightning, indelibly marking as if by the very sun itself
