Khonsu does not understand Christmas.

There is too much light for a god of the Moon, too much sugar for any reasonable ritual, and far too many people pretending to be fine at the same time.

Horus loves it immediately. Of course he does. Lights, warmth, noise, laughter— the Sun has always been weak to this sort of thing.

So a human tries to explain. Not with logic. With feelings. With cookies. With the quiet idea that maybe winter is easier when you don’t face it alone.

This is not a story about stealing Christmas. It’s about tolerating it. Which, for Khonsu, is an act of seasonal mercy. 🌙🎄
