This isn't a rant, but something I wish we got more of from KHR, and how Giotto and his Guardians all meet.

I love the different interpretations of how and in what order Giotto met them.

Years ago, I had a crack headcanon about Lampo (wft his Canon name is Lampow?) and Daemon (apparently his canon name is actually Demon Spade, wtf wiki), and they first despise the other. One for being a Lord's lazy son and the other for being an aristocrat. Daemon, after making Giotto leave, was easily able to change Lampo's history in the famiglia. So while yes, he is lazy and that's because he has many crashed nights doing work as an upcoming lord, or that he's actually secretly a lord while his father is on his deathbed, still using his father's name to keep from people suspecting the lord is dying.

On how he met Giotto...um, Lampo accidentally threw his shield at thugs trying to mess with one of his family's businesses, it bounced off the walls after hitting the thugs, only to dent the carriage door that Giotto and G were riding in. G to this day glares at anybody trying to bring that up. And no, no one heard a high-pitched yell that day, Giotto, stop smiling!

There was a headcanon used in someone's fanfic on how Asari and Giotto meet that makes me giggle. Asami thought Giotto was a flame spirit (will-o-wisp) and tried to fight Giotto to rest his soul. 😆 All was resolved but Giotto might still have a few bruises. Back then, people had discussions on what Asari is from, a temple priest or a noble family (back then, swords were and still are expensive), given that his clothes aren't clear on what they are for (different colors and cuts can give an idea of what era one's clothing is)

How did Giotto meet Knucke? Maybe meeting in a church with an orphanage? If so, how did he know that Knuckle used to be a boxer? (Other fics have made Knuckle an underground boxer, my mind immediately went to RDJr.'s Sherlock Holmes movie which had an underground boxing scene, this comes to mind when I hear this headcanon) Probably some people who wanted Knuckle back in the rings tried to manhandle him, and Giotto stopped them?

Alaude (again wiki, his canon name is Alaudi), it is already that their paths crossed, but I want to know what case or situation had them meet? Did Alaude try to arrest Giotto since the other's name kept popping up? That would be hilarious but I would want to know how bad the police corruption was. In Vongola-Shimon (is that their correct name?! Please, wiki, don't remove or change names, please) flashback, we see the aftermath of Mafia and corruption by police looking away and pretending it didn't happen.

Again, I wish there was more info on their back stories but I still love the different headcanons that help make other headcanons.

(But Seriously wiki, Natsu means summer and it was Tsuna's name split and switch. It was nice but now it is just 'Nuts'?! And Ricardo is now fancanon?! Why just why😢)

Alaude as the product of an affair between a french ambassador's wife with an "orient man" (she didn't bother remembering which asian country it was) and her husband was far too ecstatic to claim him to be his son because he KNOWS he shouldn't believe the doctor that he was infertile

Alaude himself has no idea about this but everyone does comment after they dyed his hair black to settle in Namimori how surprising it is that he can blend in so well

At one point for a solid month I tried to convince myself I was a Hibari stan. I was almost convinced too because I do in fact love him lots but an annoying fly kept buzzing around my ear saying "ciaossu" at me so I had to admit defeat. That being said! Hibari! Great character! One I fear is so heavily misunderstood. Which is a shame because once you really notice him and you peel away the layers I think he's an absolutely fascinating little guy!!! He is so very loved by this fandom and I can't even blame any of his fans. He's cool! he's silly! He's the whole package!

Of all the Hibari iterations (/lh /j) this one if my favourite <3 A calm, kind, bishonen guy who is also very strong and Chinese? Um, yes hello this is the perfect character. Not that I have a ranking of them or anything (actually yes I do) but of the arcos he's one of my favs too!!! We don't see a whole lot of him which is a shame but I adore the parts we do get to see! I do wish people were a little less weird about him being Chinese (yes that includes the official series and the anime too) but well… At least he has a super cool tattoo 🥴

I'm so sorry ajadaf this is just a guy to me. Like!! i get the appeal! he's the type of character that has so much potential! I love how he's presented as Hibari's parallel and but they’re clearly not just carbon copies of each other actually. But I fear he's also just a guy™️ to me. I think if anyone can convince me to feel anything more for this guy it will be you (and I have a feeling that will def be happening one day lol) but for now. He's okay.
