I personally like giving my characters bad qualities.
Aileena? Though she’s well versed in diplomacy, if there’s someone who just keeps interrupting, keeps being disrespectful, and shows no genuine intention in solving or working on diplomatic relations, she can hit a point where she will burst out and act like a bootcamp Sargent. She gets angry or irritated relatively often but never gets tempted by the Dark Side.
Ashla? She hates the Empire and the Hutt Cartel and if it were up to her she‘d glass those planets, the only thing keeping her from doing so is the civilian and slave populations on those planets. Also there’s absolutely nothing that will change her mind on the Mandalorians, she hates them.
Khuli? Yeah he’s 5 he doesn’t get the negative qualities that’s a child.
Tehersa? While she changed her mind about slavery and isn’t in favour of it any longer, she does still view some species as inherently inferior.
Meres? He’s very headstrong to the point he can get very annoying bc he just won’t change his mind. He’s also the kind to say, that’s actually wrong bc according to the encyclopedia mimimimi
Horuset? Will never attempt a serious relationship because he’s afraid of that kind of intimacy, he would rather sleep around trying to fill that void within himself that he’s scared to address. He’s also kinda racist, but at least tries to unlearn years of propaganda. Also he’s weirdly superstitious, he almost shat himself (at 22yo) bc Ashla whistled in a cave on Korriban (it is said that it attracts ghosts and shi)
Timas? He isn’t stupid but in a way a little naive about the galaxy. He joined the Empire‘s Enforcer Corps thinking that’s how he can add his grain of work to protecting the people of the Empire, while in reality he does the contrary: he aids in their oppression. When he’s found guilty of failing to stop a deserter, he’s demoted and told to join the front lines to search for deserters, it is in the battlefields that he finally realizes that the Empire embodies everything he hates, and in defiance, finally deserts himself to the Republic.
