"Kichwateli" (BLNRB) - Just A Band
Just A Band are coming out hard with their electronica music, straight from the 254. The track is called 'Kichwateli' (Direct translation ~ TV Head...hmmm) And this video is bloody trippy - what were they on? But hey, I am feeling it! There is this culture exchange going on between Berlin and Nairobi - BLNRB, and they are coming out with some awesome *ish.

"Kichwateli" is an Afro-Scifi music-mentary written and directed by Bobb Muchiri, performed by the super nerdy African boy band Just A Band, Berlin's Modeselektor and Nairobi's talented art group Maasai Mbili.
This video is Studio Ang's contribution to the BLNRB project, a cooperation of Kenyan and German artists initiated by Goethe-Institut Nairobi and Gebrüder Teichmann.
