Hey guys! CC is finally saying yes to this so I need to make an announcement!
Half of the gym and work out areas in our house now have visual and worded instructions how to use the equipment safely. So! If you ever want to get some time to yourself and you want to hit a bag or check out a piece of equipment or two, you're very welcome to do so!!
There will always be at least one of us in the area, more than likely me, so we can keep an eye out so you don't hurt yourselves and so any questions are immediately answered.
