Heya!! I really enjoyed My Love and Care, so I was wondering if I could make another request? Could you do 37 and 7 with guardian!Severus and teenager!Harry?

Maybe Harry is sneaking out to a party/friend's house wearing a skirt, and Severus catches him on the way out. Harry is mortified, and Severus immediately thinks that someone is forcing Harry to wear it so he's fiercely protective. After a very embarrassed Harry explains that no one is forcing him, a very awkward Severus just pats him on the head, tells him to be safe/no alcohol/return by curfew. After Harry leaves, Severus wonders how he could have ever thought that raising teenage!Harry would be easier than raising kid!Harry.

It was the summer before Harry’s sixth year, and his birthday was coming up. Fred and George had decided that they would take him “clubbing” as they called it, basically a muggle party location for nights. 

But he couldn’t tell Severus. This was essential. He would flip out. 

So, late on Harry’s birthday, when he had said good night to Severus, he quickly got dressed. He had recently found a bloody awesome black, fake leather long skirt, which he thought he could wear. It was a muggle club, who would care? 

He put on his outfit and was grabbing his wand to then sneak out the window, when Severus came in to check in on him. Harry froze in place. 

Oh fuck.  

Severus was just as stunned as Harry was. But not for the same reason as Harry...

“What are you wearing...?” Severus warily questioned, deeply concerned that someone had forced him to as some sort of prank or something... Harry didn’t say anything, he just blushed in embarrassment and fear of what Severus would do about his sneaking out. Harry’s silence seemed to validate Severus’ concerning assumptions... 

“Who is forcing you to wear that?” Severus protectively demanded, pointing to the skirt. He looked furious. He was furious. He was furious that someone would make Harry, his kid, wear a skirt. 

Harry was shook. That’s what he cared about...? “Um...” Harry couldn’t anything substantial out, he was too stunned from almost being caught and for what Severus had just said.

Again, Serverus took Harry’s silence as an acknowledgement of his fears. “I swear to god, Harry, I will have some harsh words with whomever is making you dress up like that...” Severus continued in a furiously protected manner.

Harry was desperately trying to explain, without getting into too much trouble for what he was actually trying to do... “No! No one!” Harry blurted out.

Severus’ face screwed up in confusion. Harry continued in embarrassment, “I found it the other day at a muggle shop and I’d thought I’d try it...”. 

Now it was Severus’ turn to be stunned and completely embarrassed. His face turned beet red from his mistaken assumption and guilt about it. For a minute, they just stood there in silence.

Harry hesitantly continued, “The Weasley’s invited me to celebrate my birthday... Is it alright if I go...?”

With that, Severus snapped back to reality. “Oh, Of course! Uh... be safe.” he awkwardly patted Harry’s head. 

Harry’s flushed with red embarrassment yet again from the awkward gesture, but he knew that Severus meant it well.

As Harry got his stuff together and was preparing to leave, Severus just kinda stood there trying to process what had just happened. Before Harry left, Severus looked at him with seemingly genuine curiosity, “I didn’t know you were into that...?”

Harry just shrugged, “Yea.”, as he walked out the door, leaving poor Severus still pretty stunned from what had just happened.

How had he grown up so fast? And why the hell did he expect parenting a teenager to be easier than a child??

Severus just sighed in defeat and went to bed.

Finding Lily dead on that fateful night in 81 broke Severus.

And as soon as there were discussions of where her boy, Harry, was to go, Severus immediately insisted that he take care of Harry.

Especially when he heard Albus’ idiotic plan of giving him to her muggle sister and their wizardry hating family.

Luckily, Minnie also backed up Severus and convinced Albus of letting Severus take the boy.

So, a few years went by... And Severus could fully say that he was not prepared for what raising a child would be like.

At every turn, the kid surprised him with another stunt. It was exhausting. But it was worth it.

It was worth it to see Lilly in Harry’s eyes every time he looked at the boy. And quickly, he found himself caring about Harry deeply, something he never thought he could do.

Love and care. And have someone love and care about him. 

But one fateful day, Severus was reading in his chair while a 4 year old Harry Potter was climbing around Spinners End. 

“Get down from there.” Severus monotonously yet sternly told Harry as he tried to climb one of the many bookshelves in the room. 

But Harry didn’t listen. He continued to try and jungle-gym climb his way up the shelves.

Suddenly, Severus heard a thud. And then a ruckus of thuds and clatters. He immediately jumped up from his seat to see what the hell was going on. 

Severus gasped and immediately jumped into action, as he saw a fallen bookshelf with books scattered everywhere.

He quickly muttered a spell to stand the bookshelf back up, as he looked everywhere for the little boy.

His heart was pounding. He was mad. Furious that Harry hadn’t listened.

But then he saw the boy.

Harry was in the fetal position, surrounded by books, crying lightly; and all anger Severus held dissipated in an instant.

All he now cared about was that Harry was alright.

He rushed over to Harry, and took him into his arms.

Severus cradled a sobbing Harry while comfortingly whispering, “Hey, Hey. Are you alright? Hey, everything’s going to to be okay. Here, Come here.”

And as he did this, Harry looked at Severus.

He could see Lily. He could practically touch her through his eyes.

Severus was snapped back into reality by Harry tightly grabbing a hold of him muttering, “Please, don’t go. I’m so sorry”.

This broke Severus. 

“Hey, I’ll never leave you.” He sternly said, as they both sat in each others embrace, surrounded by books.

As Harry sobbed into Severus’ neck, a single tear rolled down Severus’ cheek.

That’s when Severus knew he truly loved and cared for the boy. And that Harry loved and cared about him.

Dresden Family Ties

Strange stuff continued to happen with me. Another set of foster parents decided they didn’t want me. All of their nice things started breaking and they stated they couldn’t afford to replace them. Considering how frequently it happened and when it started they decided to blame me.

If there were any arguments I could make about it they were squashed by this being the third couple who tried to take me in. They were actually nice too. Nicer than all the others so far, but I couldn’t really blame them. Everyone around me got hurt. My mother died giving birth to me, my father just dropped dead one day, and all of these other forms of bad luck continued to pile up. 

Didn’t want to be there. The same smelly mattress and old clothes that didn’t really fit. The people at the orphanage said I’d be tall like my dad. Even at eight I stood taller than even the girls. With how big I’d get, and how old I was, I wasn’t exactly popular in the adoption category. I wasn’t a cute baby. I wasn’t a little toddler learning to walk. I was a tall nerdy kid who read comic books and novels.

That very evening, I sat by the window with a candle, squatted into the little desk me and three other boys shared in the room. I almost never got to use it because the other three boys were older and claimed they needed it more for their homework. Don’t know why they even bothered, they were all idiots. I flipped another page of the Hobbit and smiled. My favorite part would be soon, the riddle game with Gollum. 

The book got ripped out of my hands and I growled, “Give it back!” 

They couldn’t hold it high enough to keep it away from me, but they could pass it and toss it between them... Not long after that we were all a bit bruised and sitting in chairs at a table. As usual, they all ganged up and said I started it. Of course they did...

“Harry Dresden. What have you got to say for yourself?” one of the workers asked frowning. 

“That they shouldn’t take other people’s stuff and they deserved to get punched in the teeth,” sporting my own black eye and cracked lip I avoided her gaze and she waved. 

“Go back to bed. I better not hear anything else happen tonight,” she at least addressed that part to everyone. 

Hated it. Hated all of it. Just wanted Gandalf to come, knock on the window and take me on an adventure. I’d fight dragons, evil dark lords, and I’d be good at it. Rescuing the girls and getting a kiss. I couldn’t sleep. Especially not with the snorer in the room. Instead I traced patterns on my pillow. The Elven alphabet Tolkien came up with. Then I glanced over part of my book. The first third got ripped off of the rest. 

I didn’t have time to wait for a wizard. I didn’t have time for this. I’d get my towel and leave! The thought came quick and I began to quietly pack my bag. Grabbing my jacket and putting on the back pack I opened the window and looked down. It would take a bit of climbing, but having long arms and legs helped with that. 

Snow started to fall as I ran. I didn’t know where I’d go, but I just had to get away. When I couldn’t run anymore I slowed to a walk. My breath visible as I tried to calm down. Continued walking, just walking. No idea where. All the stores and shops had their holiday gifts out and on display in the windows. 

How much I wanted those things... Not just the things, I wanted to be a part of those families. They looked so happy. Wrapping my arms tighter around myself I moved into one of the alleys to find a dry place safe from the snow to sleep. With the running, and excitement over, sleep came easy. Probably not the smartest thing to fall asleep in the cold, but I didn’t have much of an option. I’d head back to the orphanage tomorrow...

Large hands grabbed my leg, likely a few hours after I fell asleep. They were hideous and made me want to puke. Trying to get away proved impossible as they dragged me towards a dark hole of some kind. I take it back, I’m no hero. I don’t want an adventure!

I woke inside a large circle with a pentacle on it, like my mom’s necklace dad gave me. There were people all around it chanting, and saying strange words. The palm of my hand appeared to be cut open and it hurt a lot. It hurt really really bad. My blood smeared on the ground.

A Little Too Much Part 1 (Liam Centric)

Prompt: So can I ask for a story? My prompt is, Liam kinda quits his job to take care of the kids. So Zayn only works and goes back home to play with the kids, eats and sleeps. Sometimes they do “stuff” if u don’t write smut absolutely fine! :) but like mentioned. And Liam wakes up exhausted. And Zayns in work and Liam has to clean and take care of the kids and it’s too much and he kinda collapses. The kids call Zayn. N yeah I like this kind of stories.

  Okay so I don’t write smut, but the rest I can do. :) Hope you enjoy.

  Zayn: 27- January 12th 1985 D.O.B

Liam: 25- August 29th 1987 D.O.B

Louis: 7- December 24th 2005 D.O.B

Harry: 5- February 1st 2008 D.O.B

  Date: April 6th 2013

  Life in the Mayne household was hectic, nothing less than expected when one had five children under the age of 10. The house was almost never clean, from little hand prints made by their one and a half year old or mud tracks from their 7 year old running through the house after playing Football outside, but that was their life, and honestly Liam and Zayn would never change it for the world.

  There was almost a silent agreement made between Liam and Zayn that Liam would be the ‘Mother’ like figure of the household, seeing as it was already basically in Liam’s personality to keep things in order. If you couldn’t find Liam cleaning the home, he would be cleaning the scrapes off Harry’s knees or feeding Tayla a bottle, or just generally doing anything a normal house wife would do.

  It all happened when Tayla was almost a month old.

  2:02am:

  Liam woke up to the familiar screaming of his daughter, her screams piercing the air and making Liam wince, wishing he could just fall back into the comfort of his bed. How could something so small and delicate make such loud noises was the thought prancing around the front of his mind as he quickly scattered down the hallways, praying to god that the other children wouldn’t wake up again, much like the night before.

  “Hey baby,” Liam cooed once he reached his daughter, effectively making the screams and cries settle, if only for a couple of seconds. Silently singing under his breath he picked up Tayla and brought her into the kitchen to feed her the bottle he had prepared moments before. “Your brothers were never this demanding,” he giggled half-heartedly as she quickly gulped down the warm milk.

  Her big brown eyes glanced up at her father as he curled her blonde hair around his fingers, before gradually fluttering her eyes closed and once again before she fell into a deep slumber, “But I love you, and that’s all that matters.”

The next morning:

  The birds chirped as the sun peeked through the once still blinds, the window that was always left open in the spring bringing forth the morning air as the sunshine settled on the two men’s fallen eyes. Zayn groaned before he nuzzled his face into his husband’s soft hair, deciding that 5 more minutes couldn’t hurt even if he’d be late to work.

  “Zayn,” Liam mumbled annoyed by his husband’s shenanigans on the day in which they really could not afford it. “Zayn Malik, I swear to god if you’re late to work again and you get fired I’m kicking your sorry arse onto the street. You hear me?!” muttered Liam, grumpy from the lack of sleep he had been experiencing and their rough night before.

  Zayn laughed before he leaned up and glanced at his half asleep husband, eyes resting on the long eyelashes that where placed upon Liam’s soft baby like cheeks, and gosh was Zayn ever hornier. “Baby,” he whispered, head making its way to nibble on his ear lobe, “Want to go for another round?”

  Liam sat up suddenly, before wincing at the pain in his lower region, “Hate you so much Zayn,” he mumbled under his breath before he made his way into the shower, shaking his hips along the way. “You’re never going to let me get any sleep are you?” and that’s all it took for Zayn to leap out of his bed, shedding his clothes as he made his way into the bathroom.

  3:45pm:

  Liam was peacefully sitting at the table feeding his 1 year old son when it happened. It was no surprise really, it should have been seen coming, with the constant waking up in the middle of the nights and looking after 4 children under the age of 10 whilst his husband was at work, well it’s surprising it didn’t happen sooner.

  Niall was sat in his high chair, happily munching on the small cut up pieces of banana his Daddy was feeding him when the two trouble makers ran in. Fresh off the bus and the school day finished, Louis and Harry sprinted into the dining room to tell their Daddy what happened that day.

  “And Daddy, guess what!! Ed came up to Mrs Hill and put some of his mayonnaise in her hair and she scream and it was-

  “Eleanor told me that she wanted to kiss me but girls are icky except for Tayla of course but she’s just a baby so she doesn’t having cooties yet and and and,”

  “She screamed really really loud and we had to cover our ears ‘cause she don’t like mayonnaise and it was really funny Daddy, who hads to be there ya know,”

  “And then, Eleanor started cryin’ but that’s okay because she is just a girl anyway,”

  “Louwie, Hawzzy, Hi, Niall eating Nanana,”

  The boys continued to shout as they chased each other around the table, not only annoying their father who was beginning to gain a headache, but also making an disputing amount of noise.

  “Boys, please stop running around everywhere and be quiet before you manage to wake up your sister…” but it was too late, the familiar sounds of his daughter screaming pierced through the baby monitor as it crackled to life. It was all too much for Liam to handle, and as the world began to spin he took one look at his oldest son and muttered, “Call Papa,” before he welcomed the darkness and his head hit the tiled floor.

   So this is really bad and I lost my concentration half way through writing this and I felt that I couldn't give this prompt justice without splitting it into two parts. So I will write part 2 when I have more time.

That's What Little Girls are Made Of:

A/N: I'm So Sorry this Sucks... --------------------------------------- Zayn sat down in the peaceful Summer breeze. All around him were little feet running around their picnic blanket, excited for the day ahead. It seems like yesterday when this all started, when Liam broke down in tears on his front doorstep, telling him how he was pregnant with Zayn's child, and even if it didn't seem possible to at least give him money to support the child. A few months later, Liam went into labour, Zayn by his side the whole time, and out came little Louis, bright blue eyes and little tufts of hair. Now, 8 years later Louis was turning into a sassy young boy, 8 going on 14 Liam would mention as he snuggled into his husband's side. 2 years after Louis was brought into the world, Liam found out he was once again carrying a little peanut inside of him. Harry came out squealing, curls he had inherited from his Daddy aloft on his head as he grew into the little boy he was. Snails and Slugs and Puppy Dog's tails, That's what little boys are made of, their two boys would sing as they skipped around the house, clearly missing the looks of adoration on their fathers faces. Niall came as a surprise, like seriously no one knew he was there until Liam was kneeling on the kitchen tiles in pain while Zayn freaked out, not comprehending what was going on. A couple a hours later, a now 3 year old Harry and 5 year old Louis met their little brother for the first time. Blue eyes adorning his face and blonde hair messed into a frenzy, the brothers couldn't help but coo over their new addition. Liam and Zayn had always wanted a little girl, a daughter to snugs up to at night and dress in over exaggerated but adorable dresses. A girl that once come the time, would steal all the boy's hearts.Of course the wanted a change when Liam announced he was pregnant, a house full of 4 sons would be too much to handle. Tayla arrived late, 2 weeks late to be exact. The house was hectic with Zayn trying to calm down a panicking Liam mentioning how it was normal for a baby to be born past their due date. The now 7 year old Louis took responsibility of his 2 year old and 5 year old brothers... which was basically just Louis yelling at his brothers to do anything and everything. Throughout the chaos Tayla was born healthy, having just gone past 2 weeks over her due date. Zayn had to admit, Tayla had most of Liam's looks, which made her look like an adorable little puppy. From long caramel hair that curled slightly at the ends, to big rounded chocolate eyes framed by long dark lashes... She truly was adorable. Now to the present. Zayn was sat on the picnic blanket, arms around his husband as Niall and Tayla sat along with them. Louis and Harry were running around in the summer atmosphere, Louis trying to teach his 6 year old brother to play football. "Sugwar and Spwice and evewything nwice..." Niall began to sing as Zayn leaned down, effectively peaking his adorable husband on the lips, Niall meanwhile snuggling into his younger sister.
