Sometimes a Realities Collide thought hit. With the AU where Thace and Ulaz adopted their not-quite-Earthling baby, Pidge, the pair of dads somehow find themselves in the VF reality, baby Pidge in tow.
Well, I think Lance of VF would actually be a good and fun uncle. And thanks to @breadstickcat's expert knowledge and opinions, we find that he'd be very proud of Pidge's sass.
Yeah. Thace definitely taught her that one.

So i changed my mind about their age, Keith is now 7 and Katie is now 5.
Katie is that one cheeky kid who pranks practically everyone
She’s also that kid who brags about her dad to anyone she meets: “Well my dad can play the guitar!“ “My dad can carry me, Keith, and Voltron!“ “My dad is a rockstar!“ “My dad has drawings on his arm!“
Yes they have a dog named Voltron. I still don’t know what kind but I want it to be a really big one so Katie can ride him like a horse.
Katie decides who will call her Pidge
She’s a very curious child... “Why is the sky blue?” “Why is the grass green?” “Why is the air never seen?” “How are babies made?”
And if you give her a bs answer, she’ll look at you funny and do the research herself. She has her own account in the family computer

Keith is the ultimate big brother. He knows that his little sister is a bit too much so he does his best to protect her.
He finds it hard to sleep at night so he snuggles right next to his sister or to his dad. And when he finds his sleep, he sleeps like the dead.
He’s also a curious kid but his interests are more on the cryptid and conspiracy side. When Shiro bought him his first cryptozoology book, he made it his mission to make his dad, his sister, and Voltron dress up as a cryptid. Spoiler: mission success.
He has a weird taste in food... like sour gummy bears in cookies and pancakes weird. He also loves liver in his food because why not
He’s a very energetic kid and likes to play with his sister a lot, even helps with her pranks.
He loves walking Voltron and is really obsessed with him

Sometimes all you need are a box, crayons, and an imagination to have a good time. Some toys and a furry companion don’t hurt, either.
Anyway! I wanted to draw Pidge as a little kid enjoying her time colouring in a giant box, and her mind takes over and giving her a new view. Plus, some plush toys, two of which should be recognizable while the other is one I’ve drawn before. As for the dog, I was thinking of Secrets in the Dark from MitD with Colleen having a Great Pyrenees. So I went with that, giving Pidge a big ol’ fluffy friend.

I decided to finally finish this one. PIdge and Chip deciding to take a nap with prisoner guest-age play-on to hostage Sendak. I actually adore the idea of such AU and the kids getting through to the commander and he just adores them. I mean, look at that softness.
At least Rover’s there to keep an eye on them, making sure the twins are truly okay.
Anyway! I hope you enjoy this adorableness. And I really had no idea how to go about Chip’s outfit, so it’s the reverse of Pidge’s. Oh well.
