its one of my favorites lol if it wasnt for the black bear and black wolf seeing each other as brothers instead of enemies, the baxoje nation would have never formed. their bond is the foundation for everything and brought everybody together, i love it, and the wolf and bear clan were always super close. there was a dual leadership, when the buffalo clan wasnt leading the nation in summer it was the bear clan’s job to rule and wolf clan was always at their side through the winter. the bond between the clans was literally the backbone of the whole nation and kept everybody alive, fed and secure all winter. kept on the move and followed game around then when spring hit it was time for bear and wolf clans to bring everybody south to the missouri river basin to relax a little and let the buffalo and elk clan farm the land and take over. lol race their horses around and get rowdy.
i love my culture. i love the dual leading clans, too, cause if bear clan or buffalo clan fucked up and abused their power, it was only a few months before they had all their power stripped from them and could be held accountable for it.
