lycus is a withdrawn individual who keeps to himself and is selectively mute, so he doesn’t talk much anyway. he’s a very family-oriented person and he views the members of the circus as his family. he’s not able to have children himself so he takes children from homes that wouldn’t miss them and takes them to the circus.. for them to join it. many of them end up leaving the circus because they have no place in it. lycus kind of views himself as a disappointment for this.
his voice is deep and raspy, it’s almost hard to understand. he sounds like a smoker? but he speaks very quietly, it’d be hard to really catch on to how his voice really sounds.
he’s not really drawn to a specific type of person, he’s only drawn to people who show him some sort of attention. he develops affections for people who give him the time of day, consistently. people like magdalene, she keeps up with him and consistently asks about his day and how he’s doing. if he’s got a preference for people, it’d be for them to be like magdalene, with an innocent mindset and a bubbly presence.
