I know we all have the canon/headcanon that Obi-Wan, Ahsoka, and the clones knew about Anakin and Padmé's relationship.
But my headcanon is that EVERYONE knew.
Jedi, senators, droids. Even the little Padawan who once saw Anakin acting as Padmé's "bodyguard" in the Senate. Even the cleaning droid who accidentally caught them in compromising positions in Padmé's office fifteen times a year. Even that saleswoman who once saw them enter her store "incognito" dressed as civilians.
