Did you know that everything you give your attention to, becomes more? This is also for behavior and anxiety with kids.

Sometimes, in order to make a succesful photoshoot, it's better to play with the kids, cuddle them (or let them be cuddled) if needed, and take the focus away from photographing.

Besides that it's lovely to do and to see what happens with the child, it also makes that your shoot will be much easier and faster! 🥰✨

For me, this sentence means a lot. I've heard it for the first time, when I worked in Kindergarten. It literally means that where you focus on, will become more. Negatively and positively. So when your kid is doing something you don't want him to do, and you're telling them what not to do, they will do more of it. On the other hand - when you're telling your kid in that moment what you want them to do... ;) They will do more of that too.

It takes some practice in the beginning, since we are all kinda programmed to focus on what not to do, instead of what we want to do. But remember that every small step in that new direction, will bring you much of joy, since you''ll find out it's actually working ❤️. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask 🥰.
