I’ve been thinking of a way to have a happy/fixing it all ending for Obsession. I also have been thinking a lot about Nikki/female OC or reader. The idea I liked the most is reader is part of their friend group too, and she is the one Nikki has been hooking up with instead of Ian. She is present for the entire story, and tries to help Nikki or understand what’s going on, but she simply can’t help her. Reader is the only survivor of the group after the events of the movie, along with Nikki who’s in jail. Maybe reader learned about the One Wish Willow, or figured it out somehow that what happened is related to it. Either way, she comes across one, and decides to make her own wish: she wishes for things to go back to what they were before it all went wrong, and for Bear to be free of his one sided crush on Nikki and move on with his life. She breaks it. She wakes up next to Nikki: it’s a few days before Bear makes his wish. Nothing bad has happened. Because Bear doesn’t have a crush on Nikki anymore, he doesn’t wish for her to love him. Nikki and reader can be together now. Maybe Bear meets a girl who likes him back (and he mans up and asks her out). And Sandy doesn’t die, because I hate when the cat dies in movies. The end. I know there is a rule on Willow that you can’t ask for time manipulation or resurrections, but let’s ignore that rule…

mirren community, is it just me or is it like his two routes are both for like two different areas of existance? incoming yap

like hear me out (SPOILERS UNDA THE CUT)

Obsession route- this is his like default, i get it, we love it. But i fear thats like the ONLY one you can enjoy in fiction since he affects every part of your life, esp your relations. Even though i love this man, i might think of also getting a restraining order.

Therapy route- now this. This i thinks can be the only one that can be like done in real life since it's the more viable option in a way? Like yes, a yandere bf is fun, but it's not healthy nor can it last a long time. So having him go to therapy and get his feelings out and it not heavily affecting your relationships, platonic and familial, is i think the only one that should be done in real life. Also the fact that we sent the letter in this route pmo so bad, im not saying it was bad, it was done so well and beautifully, i just hate that we even did that. Why couldn't we idk like sent her a letter of our own being like "hey mirren's not that insane anymore, i married him so huzzah! hope blablablablah." Also sarah didnt even need to come to the valley to confront him?? Just send him a letter back i fear that wouldve been less drama or wtvr.

okay so like js a thing to put out there, i'm not a bear defender. In fact, i quite hate hate and despise men like him. Even before I watched the movie, my opinion on men like him has never changed. I will always and i mean always feel bad and give my heart to people who are a victim to the awful behaviors from those men. While yes, I do believed there are AUs in which bear isnt a total fucking twat, I'm still acknowledging that bear is a total fucker-over in the main universe. I'm only here to make fanfics for the characters and for those who read it, and if you dont like that you are free to block me or even take it up with me in dms. But please just know, i'm a Nikki defender and I will never ever tolerate what bear did to her. And I am of the belief that people are good who do bad things but that belief of mine doesnt automatically mean i think bear isnt a bad guy. I think the movie's main antagonist is bear. So uh yeah, theres my stance. Please don't send hate im just a writer but if there any genuine criticism or anything of that sort please dm me so i can fix it but please remember i'm still a person with feelings. Sorry for the rant btw
