Being Vegan on Vacation: Ireland
I am going to Ireland for my spring break on a business seminar and I am wondering if anyone has any tips for eating vegan while abroad, specifically in Dublin/Cork/Kilkenney where we will be staying.
I'm hoping to do a little grocery shopping and eat mostly that way, what foods do you look for? What shops?
