Hey guys, this is a long shot, but one of the Horse rescues I support just sent out a picture of two horses, a mare and her foal, stuck in a texas Kill pen.

Their bail is super high, and they are set to ship to slaughter. Baby is pretty badly injured, but will be fine if we can get them out and seen by a vet quickly. if you or someone you know wants to help, please message Soul Horses LLC on Instagram.

Nobody has bought the unicorn mule from the Kaufman Kill Pen and it makes me sad bc she’s so pretty and sweet looking and if I could I would have bought her as soon as I saw her, but I live in the desert and she is all white so major risk of skin cancer, plus she’s 4 years only and only 12.2 hands high so I really wouldn’t be able to ride her, but I just- I’m so sad. She’s such a sweetheart. So pretty. To earn this much via selling art, I would have to sell 600 pieces at $5 a piece. Some of what I have could apply (most will be priced at $3 to $12). Yet I would likely need to also offer future works for this goal. Need to get the money ASAP or the mare I am trying to save may go to auction/ship to slaughter!
