it’s a punch in the face, something he’s not expected to hear        especially not after all the things that have happened, everything that still might happen. love is a strong word, something that roman likes to only use with care, although it seemed to get past his lips so easily during their fake relationship. now, however, he’s only able to stop dead in his tracks, staring at the younger male as if he’s just killed someone right in front of his eyes. ❝ bullshit, ❞ he spits out all of sudden, voice laced with venom. ❝ you don’t love me. ❞

“I don’t think I can do this anymore.”

a bunch of emotions washes over him; shock, disbelief, panic. he’s a mess and he knows that, but it doesn’t change the fact that he needs balt and he needs their stupid fake relationship as well. they can’t stop now, not when everything in his life is about to fall apart. ❝ no. no, stop, ❞ roman quickly steps forward, getting a hold of balt’s sleeve and staring up at him, brows furrowed and heart racing in his chest. ❝ w-what do you mean you can’t do this anymore? you can’t just quit this now! ❞

    bar culture is fucking weird. one second everything fine      and dandy and the next there’s A FLURRY of fists and      limbs and a crowd of heated bodies throwing hands.      he’s sure the bartender has already called the cops, so     he knows it’ll end soon, but he can’t help but GAPE at     how quickly the atmosphere shifted.
