MoonFall! KCS AUs moon variant. His ref has been completed. A little about him is hes "new moon/nexus" Old moon is still currently dead. So with the new situation happening. Moonfall doubts he could ever live up to Moons name or even his intelligence. Having learned to compare himself mentally to the guy in his own mind.
Some of my favorite parts of this truth was in chapter 2.
"It was what he was there for, his entire purpose basically. The old Moon died trying to save someone who didn't even get to live. That's the only reason he had a life, and even then. He was basically living old Moons life, with old Moons family, dealing with old Moons problems. It was hard for him to feel right here, to feel like he didn't have something he had to live up to. "
"He wondered if the old Moon could have done and fixed this already. If he was that smart and all that jazz. Would he have found the issue already? Would he had singled out the intruding code and deleted it already? The thoughts and questions, the wonders swirled around in his head for a moment. Only for such a brief moment in time. Nearly nothing, but yet something. Enough to mess with him a little more every time. "

Guess what!? Im finally back!
Chapter 3 of The Shadow of the Sun overlooks the Moon will be SOON. VERY SOON. Will we finally meet KCS? What will Moon and Solar do???
Because ive been essentially on hiatus with all my writings. Heres a short excerpt.
"Yeah they did. So I took Sun to parts and service to run a diagnostics check. And I found something..." Moon said. Starting to pace. Clearly distressed. "It said he had an update to his behavior logs at the same time frame someone broke into the house. Someone did something to him. I know it. And this right now! Is highly suspicious! And whoever did this must know! Because we've been locked out of accessing that portion of his code!" Moon said, very very distressed. Unlike the old Moon who'd be more emotionless about the situation.
Solar put a hand on Moons shoulder to comfort him. He wasn't very good at it but he could try. "We'll figure this out." He said
