i love stefan salvatore so much. i literally have never loved a vampire so much in my entire life. this man stole my heart and instead of crushing it, he handled it with care and guided me with him. 🥺😭

this dude WAS THE BETTER SALVATORE. i don’t know how many times i have to argue with people because he is. he always has been, always will be. when the fuck did stefan’s story make him the side character??? why did HE HAVE TO DIE???? i’m— i’ve never been so livid with a character’s ending like stefan’s. i’m glad he got to reunite with lexie but he did not deserve to die. i don’t understand??? what the fuck was that?? ms. julie plec, explain???? why did elena have to do him like that??? why couldn’t stefan just kill damon?? why?? why did they do him so dirty?????? stefan salvatore deserves more shit than damon had wtf. i sat through eight-nine years OF TVD JUST TO GET THAT ENDING. ohh my god.
what i wish happened / had happened with this character in canon:
• stefan’s endgame with elena.
• stefan being alive.
• stefan not being the sacrificial lamb over and over again.
• stefan getting the courage to say “fuck it” and leave mystic falls in the trenches while he finally escapes that hellhole
• stefan being alive.
• stefan having his happy ending with caroline.
