….so you picked the most interesting questions and I think I love you for that /hugs u tightly
14. Would you want to write canon for any of your fandoms (like be hired by a showrunner to do an episode)? Which one?
OH GOD YES THE THINGS I COULD DO WITH THIS POWER. If I wrote for DC—?? (actually I’m not going to go into that, it would turn into ranting and rambling and I’ll start screaming or smth because damian fucking wayne)
If I wrote for YJ, everything would be happy fun times with no explosions whatsoever. If I wrote exactly ONE YJ episode, it would be a timmy episode, with background batfamily and Jason Todd flashbacks (alkgha;ldkgha;lgah) because there’s so much potential you could do with them, a close-knit family of superheroes all with no powers whatsoever who keep going headstrong even with the traumatizing death of one of their own haunting the back of their minds.
If I wrote a GLTAS episode there would be more Sinestro and Guy Gardner and Hal Jordon bromantic scenes because I love them and I ship Hal with both of them and probably some razaya in the background with kilowog shaking his head at all the sexual tension in the air. Yeah.
And now I’m rereading the question and I didn’t answer it AT ALL pffttt
20. Go nuts, and talk about writing. Or write me a little ficlet-whatsit using a character/image/line I shall now specify—
Aww you didn’t specify :p
Talk about writing in general? That’s so hard though! That’s like asking ‘talk about yj’ but you want to talk about so many things and all these specific scenes and relationships and it would take hours to write and by then nobody’s reading hehheh.
Writing, writing, writing. I love the fact that I have a lot of writing friends. Seeing them talking about the same passion I have is real cool 8D Oh, and when they start ranting about writer’s block and such I just want to pat them on the back and give them a cookie, like, ‘oh I know that feel, man.’
I love talking writing! And other people’s writing! I could go on forever. Mostly about other people’s writing though, because when I talk about mine I always get self-conscious that the other person’s not paying attention or losing interest or— gah.
Yeaahhh, I don’t like talking a lot, I’m real awkward at conversation. Group chats are easier, or when the other person’s talking a lot and I can just listen. It’s cool to see my friends rambling about their plot bunnies. Or letting me be the person to knock back their ideas upon and get their brains running faster. It’s a side of people I love. And when that person finally uploads the fic and I see the finished work, it’s like aahhhhhh the greatest feeling in the word. I would be just bursting with so much pride I would roll around in it.
Also when other people start soaring into their writing muse, it’s like I can leech off their enthusiasm and write my own heheh.
Okay this is getting long so I’ll stop here. If any of my writer friends read this, know that I LOVE YOU GUYS SO MUCH. KEEP DOING WHAT YOU’RE DOING AND BE GODDAMN CONFIDENT IN YURSELVES, YA HEAR?
Thanks for the questions, Melanie ;u; /hugs u again
