it all happened in a blink of an eye, she doesn't remember everything, memories come in crumbles and pieces together, but they do not form a full map. pieces of the puzzle are missing. woe what a night that was... a knife, blood, laurel, tyler ﹘ a little too much already, too much for her to process. wednesday dusts herself off as she wanders through the woods. a feeling of deja vu swarms over her, she has taken this path before. but the memory was missing. she has to find a way to unlock those cognitions. luckily, her little device was helpful in this particular situation.
she tugs the smartphone inside her pocket as she approaches the other. she takes precautions, walking slowly behind her. it couldn't be possible and yet, there she is. about to sneak up on herself. another version. or the original. it doesn't make sense still, her mind fogged and memories distorted. arm raises, hand extending toward the other. tap tap tap. and she takes a step back, studying the other with those raven eyes.
“i don't think introductions are a necessary construct in this case... hello, me.” she states, hands in her pockets as she checks on the phone to make sure it is still there. she takes a good grasp of it, holding it as if her life depends on it. the contents of that phone were important nonetheless, but not as important and as ghastly as seeing herself without the use of a mirror. wednesday feels like time stands still in that very moment, a bad omen occurring when one meets herself. none of it made sense.
