#killing instinct

Sleepy me was scribbling down notes and had a fun Maribat idea.

To start I ask if anyone is familiar with the anime Assassination Classroom, particularly the character Nagisa?

Warning for small Assassination Classroom spoilers under the line.

If yes awesome, if not no worries. A quick summary is that this delinquent class has a year to learn how to kill their very not human teacher before he destroys the earth.

But Nagisa is small, not threatening sweet, observant, and no killing aura at all. Sound familiar yet?

He is dismissed by everyone as not a threat. There is a scene earlier on where the gym teacher (military secret service type guy) is trying to get the students to hit him with plastic knives and suddenly his instincts scream that he is about to die so he reacts with what he feels is appropriate force only to realise after that it was just Nagisa.

So Nagisa has no killer aura except in the exact moment before he strikes.

Now imagine Marinette like this. All of the batfam and their hero friends probably have instincts to sense this kind of killer aura. So this could work well in any pairing but I pictured it as a damienette, platonic or romantic.

Like he has been spending time with this new classmate for an assignment and finds her tolerable. They are talking when let's say a spider appears on his shoulder.

In an instant he feels the murderous intent and tenses to attack amd tell Marinette to run because he believes an assassin has found him, who else would give off such an aura.

Then Marinete hits the spider with a sewing needle with deadly accuracy and the aura is gone.

Imagine all the different ways this scene could go!

Feel free to use this concept, I may get to it eventually but I am a bit behind on all my writing right now.
