I finally found something that inspired me to start writing again: solo journaling RPGs.
It combines everything I love storytelling, worldbuilding, gaming, character creation, and a little bit of chaos. Right now I’m playing 1,000 Year Old Vampire, where you play as a vampire moving through time living, loving and eventually losing memories. Killslash, this one is like a horror movie,but you are the killer. I’m about to start The Last Tea Shop (you run a tea shop and have conversions with spirited that have past), Watch the Whispers (you are a park ranger that comes across cryptids) , and Odyssey of the Giant (you are a care taker of a giant that has to help them move to a safer location, this one is also a map maker game).
Honestly, I haven’t felt this creatively excited in a long time. I can’t wait to share the worlds, stories, strange little moments, and journal entries that come out of these games here. Covers are under the cut.
