you ever think about how Spartan IIs and especially female Spartan IIs would like, struggle to integrate fully into regular society even if they did somehow retire because they were forced to go through a series of developments during puberty they never asked for and were imposed on them by adults for reasons entirely outside of their control, that make them noticeably bigger than anyone else around them, forever wearing the mark of the "augmentation" that was forced on them? a process that was meant to make them better and stronger, and has in fact just left them hollow shells who will have to claw their way back to finding humanity themselves after it was ripped away from them?

and how they even have literal irl alternate versions of themselves to quietly pine after who never had their childhoods stolen from them and got to live normal lives (provided the flash clone cancer shit didn't kill them but who's counting)

anyway all im saying is Naomi-010 is a trans woman

Ngl I love the fact that everyone on Kilo Five agreed that Vaz shouldn't go back to Chrissy. Even the people who never met her, they just started hating this woman as a collective.

When Naomi randomly brought her up on Venezia she was searching for information. She needed to know if Vaz was single or if she needed to request permission from Osman for a "special mission"

2557. After a simple retrieval mission goes south, Naomi and Vaz get injured. As they recover, Naomi learns her sidelining may be more permanent than it first appears. She struggles to come to terms with this and what it means for her as a Spartan and as a member of Kilo-Five. But a sudden change of command and a new role may become the very thing she needs the most. As Cortana, Halsey, Covenant remnants, and huge changes in technology continue to prove troublesome, this change may even be what the UNSC and Spartans need the most. Vaz, on the other hand, can't say he's upset about the turn of events.

That’s a great question, um, I don’t know to be honest. I’m in the middle of Thursday War as of right now, so I haven’t finished it or gotten to the point of having ships within it yet. I’m not exclusively self-interest stuff with her and I’m open to ships within the fandom, however it’s easier for me to write with self-insert because of my thought process, so it’s why I mainly write reader-insert stuff. I wish I had a better answer for you 😭
