Sorry if you find this annoying, but is the Kilroy comic still updating? I enjoyed it quite a bit and I want to know what happens next!

It will! I've been slowly but surely working on new pages whenever I could, trying to build a buffer back up. I burnt myself out without one, but I still wanna continue/finish it! It's been tricky trying to balance making a webcomic with a job that also involves a lot of drawing, so I may have to figure something out for the sake of my wrist, but I still have a lot planned for this story and wanna see it through to the end!

I love this story. I can’t wait for it to kick off further and get the following it deserves. It’s so funny and the art is fantastic, the style is unique and expressive. The story is interesting and mysterious. It’s still in it’s baby days but man, I got a feeling about this one.

The artist @fedoraspooky is super cool too, which is a mega plus when following a piece of work.. She’s been a long time friend of mine, and man, she’s just such a talented artist and deserves more attention. She’s way too humble for her own good and I think she deserves more support! Looking at your webcomic, at John specifically, and... yeah.... yeah, I can 100% see how you ended up liking Battat.

Spooky has a type confirmed, and it's paranoid skinny green-top-black-pants-wearing weirdos with identity issues (I say this affectionately of course! Not accusing you of copying, especially since Kilroy is way older as a work, it's just funny how much stuff lined up)

Asking About Characters - literally anything about kilroy

:o Okay! Uhhh let's see, random facts about Kilroy...

His birthday is June 17th, making him a gemini.

He and ST1X were originally the same character- his soul taking refuge inside a robot body after dying on a heist gone wrong and slowly regaining memory of who he was over time. The story was WAY different back then, needless to say.

Early EARLY story idea had him hiding out the way he does due to having escaped working for a crime syndicate. Obvs this is no longer the case, but still I wouldn't be surprised if his thievery has earned him some powerful enemies... So it's probably still a good thing he's dropped off the radar as much as he has.

Insists he's not a thief by choice and wouldn't be doing this if he didn't have to because of the curse, but does the whole flashy phantom thief thing because he secretly loves and craves the attention. He'd essentially dropped off the face of the earth years ago and has no real friends aside from a ghost that's been chillin' in his body with him, so it's nice to have other living people... acknowledge that he exists, y'know? Even if it's because they're mad at him for taking their stuff. Even though they have no idea who he is under the facade he puts on. Just something to show he's still here.

(Tears in my eyes) are there any plans to bring back Kilroy it’s my favorite comic ever

I still want to! ;w; I realize it's been a long time but yeah, comics are a huge time investment and I haven't had a lot of that available on a regular weekly basis. When I start it back up, I wanna try and approach it in a healthier way and not be up until 7AM the day of the update trying to finish it on time so I can post it on the spot x_x I burned myself out hardcore, which in combination with irl stuff led to the years of hiatus.

But yeah I had a great story planned out for it and still wanna complete it! I just gotta figure out how I can make it work with my life and health as it is now.
