The World's biggest startup campus have been launched in Paris, France. The telecom investor Xavier Niel, have been on a mission to change the startup ecosystem in France, by first launching a tech VC firm “Kima ventures“ then a programming school “42“, now the vision is complemented with a startup campus that could connect the VC, the school and the ecosystem and may usher a European silicon valley.

Station F is directed by Roxanne Varza, a silicon valley and tech veteran.

[Invest-FR] Prêt d'union lève 4,8M€ pour des crédits en CtoC

Techcrunch-fr a annoncé aujourd'hui une levée de fonds de 4,8 millions d'Euros pour Prêt d'union. L'entreprise propose de mettre en relation des particuliers prêteurs et ceux à la recherche de crédits. L'idée est très bonne dans un contexte où les critiques quant à l'utilisation de l’épargne des particuliers par les banques se font de plus en plus nombreuses. Concernant les risques : Prêt d'Union se charge des recouvrements, opère la selection des emprunteurs, et mutualise tous des crédits (et donc les risques). Tout est donc fait pour sécuriser au maximum les prêteurs. En revanche, ne croyez pas que tout le monde peut prêter en 10 minutes. Les conditions sont assez lourdes et il faut s'inscrire à l'Autorité des Marchés Financiers au préalable.

Parmi les investisseurs on trouve le Crédit Mutuel qui détient désormais 39,5% des parts et Kima Ventures, le fond de Xavier Niel et Jeremie Berrebi, qui obtient 5,2% des parts. L'équipe dirigeante est composée d'entrepreneurs expérimentés et l'établissement "est la seule plateforme de crédit entre particuliers agréé par les autorités bancaires et financières françaises".
