[皮肉❀]:: “Haaaah. The three words for you are obvious:
“LITTLE DANDELION POUF.”

[皮肉❀]:: Blinks- nonplussed, looking at the ox.::
“Tai, dear, what the fuck is this?”
Misconception: she was cheated on by her husband who left her behind for a human princess.
𝑀𝑒𝓂𝑒 𝒜𝒸𝒸𝑒𝓅𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔: send me a misconception you think people have about mycharacter and I'll explain if it's true or not.
outofelegance: Definitely a true misconception~! lol.My HC for her and Tai aside, they were in an era where polygamy was a normal and accepted thing, so odds are he was with both and it was socially acceptable. And even if it hadn’t been--most dogs don’t mate for life really anyway so technically speaking she really wouldn’t have cared either way. But getting into my HC-I believe they parted romantic ways many years before he met Izayoi-and it was a mutual break off because well-they both fell out of love. And she had gotten bored and had what she wanted out of the deal in the end anyway, too. But they remained close friends.
Do you have a NoTP in your fandom? Are they a popular OTP?*
𝑀𝑒𝓂𝑒 𝒜𝒸𝒸𝑒𝓅𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔: Salty Ask List
outofelegance:
Yes. SesshKag is a popular OTP that’s a NoTP for me. I just cannot visualize Sesshoumaru and Kagome ever being able to get along an iota of enough to be romantically involved.
Has fandom ever ruined a pairing for you?
𝑀𝑒𝓂𝑒 𝒜𝒸𝒸𝑒𝓅𝓉𝒾𝓃𝑔: Salty Ask List
outofelegance:
Would it be strange if I said the Tai x Kimi pairing was fairly ruined for me by the fandom? I understand where most are coming from--but those most are laying modern day views of relationships onto relationships of well over 700 years ago. I’ve seen that nearly all of the fandom (not all, granted, but a good chunk of it) feels that Kimi felt cheated on, wronged, left behind and wrathful toward Iza for “stealing Tai away” from her...And in all honesty--looking at Kimi’s personality and character--she would more than likely not give a hoot. The fact that a lot of the fandom has seen fit to make her care that much-when she probably didn’t at all--kind of ruined the pairing for me. Hence I tend to play her as separated/divorced from Tai long before he met Iza and under her own choosing. :)
